Tools show their assumptions. Guides link to live primary sources. Product prices appear only when they come from an approved supplier feed. We do not rank a product because a merchant pays a higher commission.
How the site is funded
Some future product links may be affiliate links. If a visitor follows one and makes a qualifying purchase, the site may receive a commission at no extra cost to the visitor. This supports maintenance of the free calculators and guides.
What the site is not
We are not an installer, surveyor, architect, fire engineer, planning consultant or building-control body. Project-specific safety and compliance decisions belong with competent professionals and the relevant authorities.
